1. What data we collect

DailyDashboard collects the following data when you sign in with Google:

• Your name, email address, and profile picture (from Google)
• Google Calendar events (read-only) to display your schedule
• Asana task data (if you connect Asana) to display your tasks
• Ideas you submit within the app

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the DailyDashboard service:

• Display your calendar events and tasks in one dashboard
• Store and display your ideas
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Railway.app servers using PostgreSQL with encrypted connections (SSL). Google OAuth tokens are stored server-side and used only to access your calendar on your behalf.

4. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-party services

• Google APIs — for authentication and calendar access
• Asana API — for task management (optional)
• Anthropic Claude API — for AI idea evaluation (optional, idea text only)

6. Your rights

You can:

• Revoke access at any time via Google Account Permissions
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
